Ace comedian Kapil Sharma joined various other Indians on March 22 to extend his support for Janta Curfew announced by PM Modi recently. Like many other common people, Kapil too stood in his balcony with his newborn daughter Anayra to cheer for the unsung heroes of the society. Kapil was seen waving with his daughter who looked cute as a button in a pink rompers and headband.
The host of The Kapil Sharma Show also got together with music composer-singer friend Mika Singh to pay a tribute but in a unique way. Kapil, who loves singing and is a pro at playing drums was seen jamming with Mika at his house. The Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon actor played drums as Mika announced him as the special guest. They dedicated this jamming session to the unsung heroes.
PM Narendra Modi had recently addressed the entire nation and had announced Janta Curfew on Sunday (March 22, 2020) and also urged everyone to come together and applaud the doctors, nurses, paramedics, municipal staff and others who are working religiously during this coronavirus outbreak.
Modi had requested everyone to show their gratitude by clapping and cheering by standing in their windows, balconies and at their doors. Just like common people, even TV celebrities joined PM Modi’s initiative and extended their support. Popular actors like Arjun Bijlani, Monalisa, Shefali Jariwala, Hiten Tejwani and others shared videos on their social media pages and were seen cheering and clapping.
Talking about the Coronavirus outbreak, as positive cases in the country has surged to 324, the country today began observing PM Modi’s call for ‘Janta Curfew’ to fight the spread of coronavirus.
