Yes Bank Rana Kapoor’s daughter Roshni Kapoor (India Today)HIGHLIGHTSYes Bank founder Rana Kapoor’s daughter was stopped at the Mumbai International AirportA lookout notice was issued against the entire Kapoor family including son-in-law AdityaYes Bank co-founder Rana Kapoor was sent to ED custody till March 11 on SundayYes Bank founder Rana Kapoor’s daughter Roshni Kapoor was stopped at the Mumbai International Airport on Sunday while boarding a flight to London.A lookout notice was issued against the entire Kapoor family including son-in-law Aditya.On Sunday, Yes Bank co-founder Rana Kapoor was sent to Enforcement Directorate (ED) custody till March 11 by a special court after almost 36 hours of questioning.Before that, the probe agency had arrested Rana Kapoor on charges of money laundering.The Yes Bank’s founder has been charged under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).The central probe agency is primarily investigating Rana Kapoor, his wife Bindu Kapoor, and three daughters — Roshini Kapoor, Rakhee Kapoor Tandon and Radha Kapoor — over a Rs 600 crore fund received by a firm, allegedly controlled by them from an entity linked to the scam-hit Dewan Housing Finance Limited.Investigations by the Enforcement Directorate has revealed that the former CEO of Yes Bank, Rana Kapoor, invested in properties worth over Rs 2000 crore. These properties are in India.According to probe agency sources, properties in the UK, owned by Rana Kapoor, have also been identified and an evaluation process is underway.The probe agency has found that most of these companies have the same set of directors and these firms have either no employees or very few.
